I always find it fantastically believable when I am led to find something new, whether it be advice, music, someone’s heartfelt quotes or just a sense that I’m on the right path. So it was no surprise to me to have found this quote which occurred yesterday by Sadhguru who was previously unknown to me.
Of course, the part about ‘make you shine’ is what touched me deep inside. I write Shine On to end my posts and that began years ago because it came to me, just as the tagline, The Presents of Presence. For me, inspiration strikes at the most inconvenient times when I am sleeping and wakes me up. But I have learned to listen with a keen, open heart for inspiration such like opportunity only beckons once and then moves ahead. So when given a moment of inspiration, I seize the opportunity. Have you ever heard of Sadhguru?
So today, as in all days, see with your heart those around you and offer your help to allow yourself to shine even more brilliantly!
With snow on the ground and some in the air, what a way to begin March! As you may remember, March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb! But since it’s March First, you know what we do here – say Rabbit Rabbit, White Rabbit White Rabbit!
Traditions are comforting at times. There’s something about a fresh start every month to light the way, especially as we await Spring. Of course, every day is a fresh start, every moment can be a fresh start so that’s not all that unusual. I think it’s what you make of the fresh start that’s important. Don’t you?
So today, as with every first of the month, I say, Rabbit Rabbit to you all! May the coming month be filled with love, light and luck!
I like traditions, but I also like spontaneity. I woke up this morning to a text from a dear friend reminding me Rabbit Rabbit! It put a huge smile on my face to begin my day! Isn’t that what friendship, traditions and life is all about? Thank you ML!

Recently, the world lost a feisty Mom (Rest In Peace Deanna). While Deanna and I never met, her daughter and I have been blogging friends for years. So when Rhonda announced her Mom’s passing, I received the privilege and honor of learning that “your blog was appreciated by her more than you’ll ever know.”
I can’t even begin to tell you how full that sweet comment made my heart. I am humbled. I am honored. I am grateful. I am even surprised for sometimes I wonder if anyone is reading – and then I feel badly that I don’t write as much as I once did.
Our time here on Earth is limited dear friends. Even if we don’t understand how, we are all connected. Love knows no bounds and can travel at light speed to heal and to share in the happy and sad times. Our only legacy is the love and connections that we make while here. We are remembered through the shared experiences we have with everyone.

It’s a new year with many resolutions on the horizon. Might I suggest one to you that is free, but its reward is endless?

This is how I feel when I ride – an incredible peace and healing washes over me – especially when after riding, my horse and I snuggle similarly. It’s a precious shared moment of connection! It ignites my heartlight!
