What Does Your Energy Say?

2014-07-04 21.12.01

When you are stripped of all the accoutrements of life’s trappings, what is left?  When you are washed free of your human body, what remains?

Your soul, your essence, your energetic force.

So what does yours look like?  Does your heartlight radiate with warmth like the sun’s rays on all with whom you come into contact?  Or does it burn with infinite brightness and blind?  Do you twinkle like the stars?  Or do you scatter moonbeams to light the darkness?  Are you a lightning force to be reckoned with and feared?  Or are you a subtle sparkling light which brings peace?  Do you light up the night with a spark of intensity like fireworks, to be ohhed and ahhed, only to dim when the show is over?

How do those around you view you?

How do YOU view YOU?

It’s interesting to meet others who are strangers and yet connect with you energetically.   It matters not about looks, finances or gender when similar energies meet.  The connections are there, in peaceful, loving acceptance.  Sometimes the connections last only for a few minutes and yet they can change you in ways you can never fully number.  The pure acceptance of your heartlight is key in these precious moments.  The channeling of energy bonds however briefly, sometimes leaving in its wake a shift of unimaginable proportions.  The shift lasts because you can never forget or un-know what you now comprehend and what may have been re-awakened within you.  Sure, you can stray from the shift as life gets in the way.  But you can return to that shift, repeatedly as you journey on your life’s path, energizing your life force and growing the peaceful heartlight connection that you’ve established.

How precious moments can be in a lifetime when we connect with others!  Let us continue on our journey, increasing self-awareness and keeping our heartlight shining for all to see!  I see you.  I salute the Divine in you.  Thanks for being here with me on this journey called life.

Have you ever had such an experience?  What did you learn?  Please share!

Helping Hands

Tell us about the most surprising helping hand you’ve ever received!

I will honestly tell you that I’ve been blessed with many helping hands in my life ~ and truthfully, many were surprising to me.  Some were surprising because of what the person actually did and some were surprising because of the person who did it.  Does that make sense to you?

But I think for today’s Daily Prompt, I have to unanimously say that the most surprising helping hands belong to all of the amazing bloggers I’ve met thus far!  My hands are clapping in applause ~ even a standing ovation of appreciation for all of the help you’ve given to me.  Thank you!

Your kind, comforting words when I’ve been sad, your encouragement when I’ve been down, your applause when things are good and your helpful hints along with your kind comments have filled up my heart and soul ~ I’ve adored the connections we’ve made ~ holding hands post by post!  What a blessing these links have been!

I’ve been inspired by you.  I’ve cried when you’ve been sad.  I’ve giggled aloud when you’ve written funny posts.   I’ve been uplifted by your encouraging words.  I’ve been awed by your stunning photos.  I’ve applauded your triumphs.  I’ve endured your pains.  I’ve felt a kindred spirit with you through this journey of life by blogging and I’ve connected with you, blog to blog, person to person, spirit to spirit and even soul to soul.

What a blessing this experience has been!  Thank you for the spirit of community you’ve fostered and the helping hands who’ve connected to form a bond of friendship.  I was most surprised by this acceptance and have lovingly enjoyed every moment!

So cheers to all of you ~ my helping hands!  I hope you feel my hands reach out in kindness to you as well!

How to Speak

70023975_

Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you.

Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.

I love to feel like I can make a difference in someone else’s day and I love when my day is changed for the better by someone else, don’t you?  I think the central piece that we forget sometimes is that we are all connected and in reconnecting with others through our conversations, it elevates our vibrations and makes for a significant change for the better.  Does this make sense to you?

Hold close in your heart those with whom you speak who lift you up.

I was blessed to spend some quality time with my sister AAngel on Sunday morning.  We shared some coffee time before our households emerged from their sleepy cocoons.  It’s rare that we have any time to ourselves to just connect again and I always know when we’ve disconnected as seemingly casual remarks sting when they’re not meant to be anything like they’ve been interpreted at all.  So it was a wonderful gift that we were given when we were able to just sit and talk about life, how we feel and reconnect soul to soul.  Sometimes, we are not so close and I miss that special, loving connection that we share. What a blessing to have had a chance to see each other and share the morning’s peacefulness!

In the hustle and bustle of our lives, that static noise of go go go sometimes drowns out what’s most important ~ love and understanding ~ connecting with others ~ listening, really listening soul to soul to another person in a loving way.  Not trying to fix anything, but just being there to hold a hand and a heart and to give of yourself.  And that’s exactly what we were able to do Sunday morning…we were able to just be with eachother, to hold our hands and hearts for a little while, to heal our heavy hearts and to feel the connection of sisterhood and of knowing that we understand the other person.

Today I wish you that peace in your conversations ~ I wish you healing, love and connections.  I’m here to listen ~ and to speak when needed.  Come sit by me and let’s chat!

Happy Monday!
