Rabbit Rabbit White Rabbit April First

April First Rabbit

Happy April Fool’s Day!  Rabbit Rabbit, White Rabbit, White Rabbit!

Well, here we are my friends.  It seems like a bad April Fool’s joke that we are all on lock-down with the CoronaVirus and the aftermath of terror that it has been striking in so many people’s lives.  But the truth of the matter is clear.  We are all quarantined in one way or another at this time in order to not spread the virus to others.

I hope this post finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe.  We are doing well here although I do have to go to the food store at some point because we are running low on a few items.  Trying to get delivery or pick up times for grocery items has been sold out so there’s no other option except to go myself.  The last time I was in a store over a week ago, there were many empty aisles of shelving including for toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, bottled water and chicken or fresh meat.  The fellow shoppers were stressed and it was not a pleasant experience.  But today or tomorrow, I will go back to see what I can find.  How is it near you?

In other news though, the flowers have been blooming and I see the happy yellow daffodils swaying in the breeze.   Clover (the rabbit) has been out and about and does not hop away when she sees us anymore.  She is content to continue nibbling on her favorite green clover in the yard without worry that we will bother her.  Fatty the groundhog has been tamer as well.  He’s been out moseying through the yard lately and seems to have lost some weight.  The birds have been singing loudly too as well as the frogs at night.  It’s very early to be hearing the frogs here.  When I stepped out to bring the garbage out there was a little frog (the size of my thumb) on the door sill.  He didn’t even bother to jump when I walked over him.  Lucky for him, I saw him there and stepped over him so as not to disturb him.

I pray the new month of April will bring us all health and tranquility.  Stay safe my friends.  Reach out to friends and family.  Enjoy the simplicity of these days as Mother Earth heals a bit.  Stress and strain can wreak havoc on patience so try to stay calm.  Count your blessings.  Be kind.  Keep shining your heartlights. in the darkness.  Hope and love are key ingredients to healing.

Shine On!

  1. I included a bunny photo yesterday in my post and my wife saw our bunny nibbling in the yard. The one roams around but visits our yard often. It was good to see them on the first.

  2. Rabbit Rabbit, White Rabbit, White Rabbit to you also dear lady. It is so great to see the animals returning with us noisy humans away 😂 🤣
The shoppers over here have calmed down as they see that everything is ok and some sort of rhythm to living is reached with all the changes that have occurred.
And the animals can feel your energy so they gradually allow you access to their way of life 😀
My guest parrot that has been flying around has become so used to me that if I open my screen door it flies straight in onto my lounge and starts to nibble and test out this strange ‘nest’ that I live in 😀
Yesterday it even flew onto my shoulder as I was preparing its food.
Only one slight drawback, it decided to relieve itself after its feed and as I had some blueberries in it the outcome was a new stain on my floor 😂 I’ll have to work on that side of nature. I wonder if they have a nappy for birds 😂 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

    • Oh my goodness! I’m not surprised that the guest parrot has found his home with you. Nappies for birds may be a new invention! 🙂 ha ha…no more blueberries then for him. Have you named the bird yet? I hope all is well with you and your family. Healing hugs and healthy wishes. 🙂 ♥

      • Oops forgot to mention, I thought about naming the parrot but something stopped me. I don’t think he will be here for long, not that this should stop me. It feels like it will affect him if I do. I know that sounds strange but sound to a bird has ‘feeling’ in it and if given with that love they are more apt to not move on.
I suppose it is like our journey, each time we ‘open’ and love another we stop for a while 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

      • Beautifully put Mark. I agree that if you name the bird you’d be taming him as well and then the connection between you would change. Even though you are feeding him and he is coming into your home, you are not ‘owning’ him either. A love stop for the bird and you… 🙂 ♥

  3. White rabbit’s to you too Misifusa.. I echo your thoughts and prayers.. Our gardens are blooming, may we all come through this experience too with new hearts and gratitude for our blessings..
    Much love your way. ❤
