Stand up and walk out of your history. ~ Phil McGraw
I love this quote. I need to stamp it on my forehead. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I want to make it a battle cry. Imagine for a moment what you could accomplish if you simply stood up and walked out of your history! Gone would be all the excuses as to why you acted that way, why you thought a certain way, why habits that are so deeply embedded in your psyche are still ingrained thinking that you can’t seem to disassociate from anymore. Poof! Abolished, erased and the shackles which held you back would be broken.
And you could begin again. You could create whatever you truly wish in your life.
You could do, plan and be without fear, failure or anxiety.
So what’s stopping you? What’s the battle cry in your head that makes your life small?
Let it go! Drop it by the wayside and take baby steps forward!
You are not your history. You are your PRESENT!
Shine On!
xo
Hihi, this whole post feels like a battle cry!! 🙂 🙂 But what a lovely loving battle cry! 🙂 🙂
Thank you Line! I liked it too! ♥
Love the post, as it is an Important topic. The typo in the bold quote under the graphic threw me for a minute before I figured out why the sentence didn’t make sense. I just mention it so that you can give it a little edit. I didn’t want you to think that we weren’t paying attention!
You are so kind! Thank you so much for telling me! ♥♥♥ I fixed it! 🙂
Yay I love this and I’m walking! 😀
Keep walking! So proud of you! ♥

I choose to live in the moment and let go of what happened in the past, which can negatively impact on my life in the present. Thank you for your inspiring words.
I’m so proud of you! Thanks for shining so brightly Yvonne!♥
Reading this post was like turning on a light in a dark corner of my mind where all my wounds reside. You have inspired my next post as I counter those dark memories with positive notions. Thank you for your inspiration!
Thank you for shining! I can’t wait to read your next post! ♥
I get so side-tracked, I started writing this but realized I’m going to need a little more ‘quiet time’ since the subject is very deep and emotional. I did, however, find a PERFECT image to use for the quotation.
When I get this written and posted, I am going to link back to you and mention that you were my inspiration!! 😀
You are so sweet! Yes, please let me know when you write it! xoxo
This is the truth !…no Karma…no past .. Creating from nothing.. This is true freedom! Heart to heart Robyn
