Sunday’s 7 R’s
Rest ~ Allow your body and mind to simply rest and to move at a gentle pace and to enjoy the peacefulness in the day. Perhaps a few minutes of meditation is in order?
Remove ~ Take some time today to remove the debris of the past week from your mind, heart, soul and body. Cleanse your senses of all negativity. Infuse positivity.
Reassess ~ Check back on your week’s goals to see if you were able to accomplish all that you set out to do this week. Joyfully make a list for the coming week.
Reflect ~ Look back upon the past week and notice where you could have made improvements in your decisions, actions and words. Praise yourself for the good as well.
Restore ~ Breathe deeply today, restore your inner peacefulness and allow life’s beautiful energy to flow back into your heart. Let gratitude for all of the love and blessings you’ve received wash over you.
Renew ~ Find a bit of inspiration for the week ahead ~ perhaps a new book to read or a mantra to follow.
Relax ~ For the rest of the day, just relax, knowing that the week will unfold as it should and all is well in your world.
