A cup of coffee shared with you
is time well spent…
and warm memories made.
Thank you!
I saw this card in my SendOutCards catalog click here for more information and I had to include it because Vicki over at http://abundelic.wordpress.com/2013/01/29/coffees-on/ invited me for coffee today and I thought it would be fun to participate. She’s asked a few questions that I needed to answer…so here goes!
1) How many cups of coffee per day? Well, it depends on what time I get up ~ usually 2 or maybe 3 at the most!
2) What is your favorite caffeine delivery system? My little Keurig!
3) What was your best cup of coffee? Cafe au lait sitting at La Chancla Bar looking out over the Mediterranean on a bright sunny day, overlooking La Playa Blanca in Malaga, Spain.
4) What was your worst cup of coffee? On an airplane
5) What does your favorite mug say? Mom
6) How do you take your coffee? A 1/2 of a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of low-fat half and half
7) When was your first cup? Spain!
8) Have you ever gone on a coffee or tea date? Yes, many times!
So now I guess it’s my turn to host my first virtual coffee and tea date and I’m inviting all of you! Please take a moment to chat below ~
Tell me about yourselves and how you like your coffee or tea!
Feel free to invite friends and even host your own!
What a lovely way to keep our energy up and connections flowing as the week begins!
Have a lovely week!
Shine On! Or dare I say, “Cheers to Tuesday!”
xo
Very dark, with a bitter twang, possibly African, with just a tiny splash of milk and a dash of Stevia. First thing in the morning only. A definite wake-up call
Sounds marvelous ~ how about a little dark chocolate pastry to go with that?
Generally, I prefer my caffeine in the cold carbonated form (i.e., Coke)… but I’m always amenable to a good hot chocolate, like the salted caramel hot chocolate at Starbucks this past fall.
Oh yummy ML! Do we get to have marshmallows with the hot chocolate? Or can we fly off to Spain to have churros y chocolate? Have you ever had it?
I’m not a big world traveler… but the Moravian Cook Shop in Bethlehem used to have a pretty good facsimile of a churro. This fall, Starbucks had salted caramel cake pops, which were a much smaller hit of cakey-doughnuty goodness.
Oh YUM! My mouth is watering already! 🙂
You are so right. I just did that two mornings in a row. What presents of presence!!! 🙂
Just stoppin’ by for a cup of coffee & good company. 🙂
Oh RoSy! So happy you could be here! What can I get you? Coffee? Tea? How about a little pastry?
Oh – I think I’ll have some tea then. And – yum – pastry too 🙂
Nice to visit with you!
It was lovely…I wish we all took more time to just have a cuppa 🙂 and just chat!
Thanks so much for stopping by…I love that you’re here…get comfy and let’s chat! 🙂
Use Keurig Coffee Maker, I stockpile Keurig Cups including variety of coffee flavors, hot chocolate, tea, and apple cider. I make my choices dependent on my mood and taste. My other half can make a different selection easily — no waste. Luv my Keurig.
Me too! Do you want some pastry with it? Perhaps an apple tart or something rich and gooey like a warm chocolate filled croissant? We could sit and chat awhile. I believe we share the same first name Y!
I have a 4 cup Cuisinart in reality it makes 2 cups. I have it every morning. My favorite coffee is Door County Breakfast Blend Coffee. Really good and I drink it black. A little pastry would be nice!
Your wish is my command ~ how about a donut? I like breakfast blend from kirkland for keurig. If the Cuisinart uses k-cups, this is excellent for our favorite flavor!
Thank you a glazed donut sounds perfect 🙂 Haven’t heard of kirkland before but bet it’s good. Not sure what a k-cup is.
If you have a keurig coffee maker, it uses k-cups. 🙂 Kirkland is costco brand. 🙂
Oh I see, thanks 🙂
1 Cafe Latte a day — skim — unless I’m on holiday and then I up it to two Lattes a day! 🙂
Sounds delightful…pastry with that? We have a bit of time to chat!
Very strong black coffee in the morning and herbal tea in the evening!
Thanks for sharing…would you like a little fruit or pastry this morning? 🙂
